The validation of the configuration for the bootable JAR requires the JBOSS_HOME environment variable or jboss.home system property to be set. This should not be required as this is self-contained. This is likely due to the WFARQ-71 fix. It passes the local tests because the jboss.home directory is set to a valid directory. Tests should also be updated to ensure this works.
