wildfly-arquillian currently adds automatically WILDFLY_HOME/modules as first path in modulePath, which causes Duplicate layer 'base' issues in some wildfly testsuites (~~WFLY-10615~~).

On the other hand, clustering test cases depends on this behavior (but Duplicate layer 'base' occures here too) - should be fixed in ~~WFLY-10631~~.
