Update the Elytron integration to remove the usage of the ContextualModelControllerClient in the WildFly Plugin Core

    Description

      The first iteration, WFARQ-20, of the Elytron integration used a new ContextualModelControllerClient inside WildFly Plugin Core. As part of WFCORE-2769 this was moved to WildFly Core and a new parameter to provide a configuration file was made to the ModelControllerClientConfiguration. This new option should be used and usage of the ContextualModelControllerClient in the WildFly Plugin Core should be removed.
