Support for the appclient was introduced in WFARQ-140. The thought here was this was going to need to be used for the TCK. However, the TCK went a different more global direction of defining an appclient protocol to work with all Arquillian tests instead of adaptors having to implement things.

For this reason, we should remove the support before we're out of beta.
