The current version comparison in the RequiresModule.minVersion ranks a version with a SNAPSHOT as lower than a version of the same string without the SNAPSHOT. A version like 1.0.0.Alpha1-SNAPSHOT should be equal to a version 1.0.0.Alpha1. The reason for this is in the annotation a SNAPSHOT classifier should likely not be used.
