      https://github.com/arquillian/arquillian-core/pull/407 adds a REST 3.0 protocol for interacting with Arquillian. The ProtocolMetaData generated by the ManagementClient should include the REST resources as "servlets" as well. This allows the name to be looked up with the @Path name.

      Note doing this even if the REST protocol doesn't make it in right away is okay as it's just meta data.
