Weld 7 is currently skipping in-container testing.

It should now be possible to re-enable it provided I change the WFLY preview to correctly add the CDI EL API jar that was introduced in 4.1.

There may be other issues, such as parts of WFLY using this API which we couldn't update in their main and would need to do that in preview only, but it is now worth looking into.
