weld-servlet-test-jetty hasn't been working since Weld 5 - I noticed there have been some releases since for the adapter and jetty 12 has ee10 variant. We might want to re-check it. Should it fail, we can consider dropping the module as it hasn't been working for a long time now.
Note that there might be related documentation.
Furthermore, there are some Jetty legacy classes in the code which were for pretty ancient version and which were deprecated - we should now remove those.

For other servlets, we should look into what version we're using and if they have any variants for EE11 in place.
