Classfilewriter 1.3.0.Final breaks our way of creating proxy classes on JDK 17+

Older versions of CFW (like the one in latest release) will keep working fine but upgrading to 1.3.0.Final will show the issue.

One of the ways to address this is to use a dummy CL and dummy ClassFactory instance (which aren't used) in order to avoid instantiating CFW default ClassFactory implementation.
