Add profile/module to execute lang model TCKs

We need to add some way (module/profile) to execute lang model TCKs.
The execution is rather straightforward, it is just about including it somehow.
We'll also need to make sure it's tested - it doesn't need to be part of standard build (mvn clean install), but GH actions should test it during PRs.
