Accept additional bean defining annotations as SE container param

Based on discussion from this PR, we could expand support for additional bean defining annotation so that you can define then without using Weld specific classes.

That is, allow this as a parameter of CDI - SeContainerInitializer#addProperty(String, Object).

This should go into both branches, 3.x and 4.x.
