Currently, our JaCoCo execution for in-container TCKs fails because of an incorrect exclude formula in settings which sneaked in during GAV change from javax to jakarta.

This should be reverted on both branches, 3 and 4 as the package of CDI TCKs wasn't changed even for EE 9.

NOTE: Obviously, Weld 4 still cannot execute JaCoCo after this fix as we lack an EE server to run TCKs against yet.
