Weld passes Jakarta EE version of CDI TCK, but internally, we still use old artifacts.

Since WFLY has already moved, so should Weld.
Some of the deps will need to change GAVs but sometimes we use jboss forks of java/jakarta technologies in which case a bump in version will do.

Since there are no spec api signature differences between java ee and jakarta ee, there should be no problems with tests/functionality.
