      Weld currently logs an INFO message:

      INFO: WELD-000119: Not generating any bean definitions from module-info because of underlying class loading error: Type module-info is not a class because access_flag ACC_MODULE is set not found.  If this is unexpected, enable DEBUG logging to see the full error.
