Generate HTML report if the deployment validation fails

Exporting the Probe data (WELD-2351) might be an overkill - a user would have to use another tool (such as https://github.com/weld/weld-probe-client-adapter) just to analyze the problem. Instead, Weld could export a simple HTML report with current validation issue, Weld version, list of enabled beans, configuration, etc.
