Provided ClassLoader should also be used to load extensions

    Description

      Currently, a ClassLoader set by Weld.setClassLoader(ClassLoader) is only used to discover bean archives.

      We should also clarify that a ResourceLoader set by Weld.setResourceLoader(ResourceLoader) is not used to load extensions. It is used as well.
