Log important actions performed by extensions

Sometimes it's really hard to find a problem if multiple extensions participate during bootstrap. Therefore, it might be useful to add some debug logging for important actions performed by extensions:

• ProcessAnnotatedType.setAnnotatedType()
• ProcessBeanAttributes.setBeanAttributes()
• ProcessInjectionPoint.setInjectionPoint()
• ProcessInjectionTarget.setInjectionTarget()
• ProcessProducer.setProducer()
• AfterTypeDiscovery.addAnnotatedType()
• AfterBeanDiscovery.add*()
• BeforeBeanDiscovery.add*()
