CrossContextForwardTest fails at Arquillian container Jetty 1.0.0.CR3

    Description

      This test gets contextPath by its name. This is not possible anymore due to generating temporary file name for the test deployment. See https://github.com/arquillian/arquillian-container-jetty/pull/24. This should be fixed in next version of Arquillian container Jetty.
