Running environment/se/tests on windows machine yields assertion error.
Looking at the console log I can see that Weld SE container shutdown hook was not triggered (there was no message about it).

The above mentioned Jenkins job runs for Linux environment as well and the test passed.
I cannot be sure this is a regression as it is the first time we ran these tests against Win machines since they were added recently.
