OSGify Weld artifacts

As we got rid of all the external dependencies that we previously had to bundle within now OSGi bundle, the bundle now only consists of Weld artifacts only. We should therefore review the decision to have a single Weld OSGi bundle.

Instead of the single bundle we could add OSGi metadata to each relevant Weld artifact that we produce. This includes:

• Weld API, SPI
• Weld Core, modules
• Weld SE, Servlet, Probe
