ProbeFilter - container may not trigger filters when recieving a request to a path which is not mapped to any servlet

It seems that not all servlet containers trigger filters when recieving a request to a path which is not mapped to any servlet.

• verify the proposed workaround (dummy servlet)
• update the integration docs
