examples/lib should be removed

The folder examples/lib contains a complete distribution of Maven 2.0.10 and a maven-ant-tasks.jar. This seems greatly superfluous and has most likely been long overlooked.

It was introduced and last touched in a prehistoric commit from 5 years ago, when examples had an Ant build.xml:

I guess examples/lib should be removed.
