  should be threadPoolDebug instead of "debug"
  also, threadPoolKeepAliveTime is not documented

• 20.3. Non-portable mode during application initialization

"The main purpose of the non-portable mode is to support some legacy extensions, e.g. Seam Solder. It's highly recommended to use the portable mode whenever possible - non-portable mode may lead to unexpected behaviour during initialization process."

Seam Solder won't work anyway even in non-portable mode.
