numberguess/README.md and permalink/README.md tomcat instructions work only with tomcat6

The tomcat instructions in

numberguess/README.md
permalink/README.md

doesn't specify which Tomcat version does it apply to and don't work with the latest Tomcat7 version.

They work with Tomcat6, but not with Tomcat7, as the tomcat7 manager URLs are different, so the tomcat-maven-plugin is not able to deploy the example.
