OpenShift Lightspeed can have significant impact on several areas where VMs are deployed.

1. Troubleshooting of common storage and networking problems.
2. Review of deployed infrastructure, particularly related to VM HA.
3. Dynamic tutorial and advisor for common and customer workflows.

Some of the data that is needed is already part of the model. Other data needed like KCS articles are not currently consumed. There may need to be additional data needed from upstream in a more defined format (TBD)

This feature will breakdown into more incremental epics that deliver one or more of the capabilities describe above.
