We can now install a fully functional Virtualization cluster in disconnected environments due to VIRTSTRAT-60. VIRTSTRAT-60 was focusing on two primary items
a) installation experience ("single iso")
b) working in disconnected envs (not only OCP, but including relevant operators)
However configuration of these delivered operators and the cluster was left to the admin.

In order to scale OCP V to customers with less experience this outcome is focusing on day 1 and day 2 usability improvements, namely

1) Automatic configuration of the operators delivered as part of VIRTSTRAT-60
2) Automatic configuration of the preconditions of (1)
