During VM maintenance, Liveness/Readiness probes may report unhealthy which will cause the VM to restart automatically. We need a way to prevent this behavior in such cases.

• What is the difference between today’s current state and a world with this feature? Currently the probes will not respond and the system will automatically restart them. Modifying (stopping / starting) the Liveness/Readiness probes require a reboot of the VM which customers would like to avoid
