      Goal: Have a dashboard in one of OCP's tools to monitor alerts related to CNV clusters live. Furthermore, take action on the observed state of the fleet.

      We want dashbaords to show us alerts in our fleet.
      We need processes to review these alerts and initiate actions if needed.

      Ths feature has the SD prefix, because it is a service to our customers - to some extent
