Greenboot variables not getting populated in greenboot-healthcheck.service output

      Description of problem:

      The output from journalctl -o cat -u greenboot-healthcheck.service should display any Greenboot variabls that are set. The script 40_microshift_running_check.sh checks. It does not seem to be populating

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy MicroShift with /etc/greenboot/greenboot.conf file
      2. /etc/greenboot/greenbot.conf file includes MICROSHIFT_WAIT_TIMEOUT_SEC=20
      3. Remove hostname package and reboot
      4. Observe output of journalctl -o cat -u greenboot-healthcheck.service 

      Actual results:

      Output is set to None

      Expected results:

      Output should display the MICROSHIFT_WAIT_TIMEOUT_SEC variable
