      Description of problem:

      The current documentation and scripts use `gpgcheck=0` skipping RPM validation. This needs to be changed to `gpgcheck=1`

      1.Development environment setup
2.MicroShift Getting Started kickstart

      Actual results:

      GPG check is not performed when downloading RPM files

      Expected results:

      Need to ensure RPM validity by enabling GPG check
