      ART-built microshift is missing gitCommit version

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Get ART-built RPM, extract it (e.g. rpm2cpio ./microshift.rpm  | cpio -idmv)
2. Run ./usr/bin/microshift version -o yaml
