Epic Goal

• Support MicroShift 4.22 on RHEL 10.2 TP by upgrading 10.0 tests/adding more

We already have tests for 10.0. The plan is following:

1. Add missing upgrade test (bootc2bootc 9.6 -> 10.0)
2. Investigate availability of 10.2 images (staging registry)
3. Update tests to use 10.2 images using staging registry, when available
4. Once available, update tests to use released images, when available
