We should make sure sosreport tooling (rpm package "sos") is available. we should ensure that it is in our default documentation / examples and maybe even also in the documentation mentioned ("if you intend to open a support case with Red Hat, ensure that sos package is installed"). 

We could even think of making sos rpm package a dependcies.

Otherwise, we end up with support ping-pong ("send sos report" - "there's no tooling" -"install sos" -"how?" -"create new image and deploy to edge" -.....)
