Epic Goal

• Develop automatic testing scenarios to gain enough confidence about MicroShift functioning normally on RHEL 10 OS.
• Develop smoke testing on CentOS 10 to make sure we are not losing valid upstream signal

Why is this important?

• Preparing to declare MicroShift support for RHEL 10 in GA as soon as OCP makes the same declaration

Scenarios

1. Standard scenario tests on RHEL 10
2. Standard scenario tests on CentOS 10
3. Upgrade scenario from RHEL 9.x to RHEL 10

Acceptance Criteria

• CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
• Official documentation must be updated

Dependencies (internal and external)

1. RHEL 10.x valid bootc images
2. CentOS 10 valid bootc images
3. ART are not planning to build RHEL10 RPMs until 4.23. We must use the existing RHEL9 RPMs for these tests
