missing ai-model-serving package in iso and ostree

      Description of problem:

      when I create a VM from an ISO file on x86_64 package, microshift-ai-model-serving RPM package is missing:

ssh dhcp-1-235-114.arm.eng.rdu2.redhat.com "rpm -qa microshift* | grep microshift-ai" 

outputs no results
