      Description of problem:

      The systemd-resolved package was removed from bootc base images and it causes osconfig tests to fail

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      CentOS 9+ RHEL 9.5+

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Actual results:

      osconfig tests fail due to the missing package

      Expected results:

      osconfig tests must pass
