      Description of problem:

      CI infrastructure must use RHEL EUS repositories to get latest updates in RHEL 9.4, which are no longer available in the regular repos.

      RHEL 9.4

      Actual results:

      Using non-EUS RHEL repositories that are not getting all updates

      Expected results:

      Using RHEL EUS repositories to get all updates

      subscription-manager repos --enable rhel-9-for-x86_64-appstream-eus-rpms --enable rhel-9-for-x86_64-baseos-eus-rpms
