Ipv6 e2e tests not working

      Description of problem:

      Since 14/11/2024 we are seeing connectivity errors in ipv6 scenarios from test harness:
dial tcp [2001:db8:ca7:ff::1]:5000: connect: connection refused
dial tcp [2600:1f18:483:cf00:2064:e706:d2:6111]:443: connect: network is unreachable
