Now that MicroShift has been rebased to OCP 4.12 the openshift-clients package installed from the ISO image also needs to be a 4.12 version.

https://github.com/openshift/microshift/blob/main/docs/devenv_rhel8.md discusses updating to the puddle repo and using dnf to install openshift-clients. However, when MicroShift is deployed from the ISO the openshift-clients are auto installed. Even logging in after the deployment to upgrade openshift-clients is not possible, since tools such as dnf are not available.
