The 4.19 periodics have been cloned from 4.18 in an early pre-branch activity. These jobs are not passing and they generate a lot of noise in the alerts channel.

As soon as there is a successful 4.19 arm payload the jobs should start passing again. For now, remove the cron and rely on the payload blocking job to check on readiness.
