      Description of problem:

      The bootc images are only published at mirror.openshift.com. With the 4.18 release, images will be available at registry.redhat.io, so tests need to be adjusted properly to check both locations.

      Only images from mirror.registry.com are tested

      Expected results:

      Test both pre-release and release images
