CI for CNCF conformance has been reporting false positives for some months now.
Actual failures are being reported in junit but still passing the step because return codes are not propagated.
The reason for those failures in junit is the second node being misconfigured and pods fail to come up properly there.
We need to fix both steps, the node setup plus the CI scenario.
