How can we fix the problem:

• Make `includes` into a proper step that deploys a ci-functions.sh script into $SHARED_DIR,
• Include the `includes` step into all workflow that will use it
• In all places that are currently curl-ing for the ci-function.sh, change it to source the script from $SHARED_DIR
