Periodics have been failing for the last couple of weeks. Among the failure patterns we have noticed there is a significant part of them which relate to AWS region availability issues (both for instance types and gp3 volumes).

All our jobs tend to concentrate around the same time, so we might want to test out spreading the jobs throughout the day to avoid hotspots.
