[release-4.16] CNCF conformance results generation time out

      Description of problem:

      Seen in nightly jobs: Sometimes the CNCF conformance scenario fails after being complete because we wait only 5m for the results generation. This makes the whole scenario fail when it was most likely successful, just needed to wait a bit more.
