[CI] AWS instance types not available in us-west-2

      Description of problem:

      Lately we have seen issues everyday in regards to instance types c5n.metal and c6g.metal availability in the nightly jobs. These are running in us-west-2 for price reasons, but it might be best to explore other zones which might not be as booked as this one.
This happens much more often with c6g than c5n.
