      Epic Goal

      • Rewrite test harness to use Go instead of bash

      Why is this important?

      • Using Go will allow us to improve and extend the Test Harness quickly and safely because of the tooling, debugging capabilities, peace of mind because of the static nature of the language (compiled), proper data structures, etc.
      • It should help us with maintenance of the Test Harness because Go code is easy to navigate, find references, rename things using IDEs or LSP.
