FDO test case is no longer useful

The FDO test case is not actually testing the original scenario we
intended. The logic in the product to cope with that scenario by deleting
the MicroShift database and recreating it has been removed because it
was leading to data loss. We should remove the useless test scenario
to make space for other tests.
