      1. Get 4.15 rc3 RPM from https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/x86_64/microshift/ocp/latest-4.15/el9/os/Packages/microshift-4.15.0~rc.3-202401192017.p0.g0bc5f95.assembly.rc.3.el9__noarch/microshift-release-info-4.15.0~rc.3-202401192017.p0.g0bc5f95.assembly.rc.3.el9.noarch.rpm 
2. List contents of the RPM using `rpm -ql`

      Actual results:

      Output includes 
/usr/share/microshift/release/release-olm-aarch64.json
/usr/share/microshift/release/release-olm-x86_64.json

      Expected results:

      Output should not include
/usr/share/microshift/release/release-olm-aarch64.json
/usr/share/microshift/release/release-olm-x86_64.json
