      The getlast command in manage_build_cache.sh may fail occasionally

      Occasionally in CI

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. CI cache update job

      Actual results:

      "getlast" fails

      Expected results:

      "getlast" should not fail, unless there's no access to AWS bucket
